I have used OC Racing since 2015 to run a Chevron B8 and now Lola T70. What an incredibly enjoyable and fruitful experience it has been!
The B8 needed a total rebuild which was done expertly, in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. The T70 has been more of a development project that is ongoing.
The magic ingredient is Martin’s passion for winning and his ability to work with us to develop the cars handling and outright speed in line with one’s driving style.
Naturally Martin’s on track ability helps him to coach me too. Using Race logic on-board telemetry is one thing, interpreting it and then explaining how to implement style changes is another. I have to say Martin has a natural talent for this.
Race weekends at home and abroad are organised very professionally and all the team work very well together. We win and lose together for sure. What a great bunch of drivers race with O’C! Marry this to the characters that make up the team and you are always in for a fun race weekend!
The race weekend lunches are great too-although there is an over zealous passion for Corned Beef…yuk…..being a prima donna, my specific needs are catered for too, Rocky bars are secretly stashed for me.
Finally, I love the way the support facilities and equipment are constantly upgrading.
Race hard or go home is a great mantra.

Team OC all work together like one big family! If there is a problem, it causes no pain, they just solve it.
Every one chips in and helps.
Boss man is one of the boys when it comes to working on the cars, not worried about getting his hands or white shirt dirty!! he gives every one in the team priority even though he drives him self. Martin shares his wealth of knowledge with all drivers and is always giving help with driving and circuit craft.
Great attention to detail in all respects by all!

I have now been working with OC Racing as my race car preparer for 5 years (time flies !) and all I can say is that the OC Racing team is – for me – the best.
Martin himself has become a true friend and his team are all stellar guys and great mechanics. The number of times we have DNF-ed is minimal and I have total confidence in my cars being on-the-button when we go racing.
The OC Racing team simply does not cut corners! In addition to this, Martin himself is not only a very fast and experienced driver but he also takes genuine pleasure in coaching his customers and seeing them improve.
I already look forward to the 2021 season !

I have been associated with Martin long before OC racing came to fruition.
My first shared race was Spa about 2005 in my Chevron B8.
I realised at this time Martin was the complete package driver ,driver coach mechanic set up master everything.
About 2010 he took over running my cars the first event Le Mans classic since then he has prepared for me chevronB8 Chevron B19 chevronB36 chevronB39 Chevron B40 which he won HSCC f2 championship and a Lotus 59.
The cars are always prepared and set up to suit my driving the workmanship and detail
is to the highest standard.
With Martin you get what you see no crap stories.
The team are all enthusiastic about motorsport what more can I say!!!
